Taylor Swift Raffle Rules
1. Players must be 19 Years of Age or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.
2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of 1 ticket for $20, 10 tickets for $50, 50 tickets for $100 and 250 tickets for $250
3. Ticket sales will end on Sept 28th, 2024 at 8:30 pm. With the draw taking place at Credit Union Place in Summerside on Sept 28th, 2024 at 9pm
.
4. The winner will receive a pair (2) of tickets for the Taylor Swift concert in Toronto on November 16 at the Rogers Center. Section B6, Row 16, Seat 15 and 16, when they buy a $20, $50 and $100 ticket. They will also receive a $2000 travel voucher. If the winner purchased the $250 MEGA TIcket, the winner will receive 2 Taylor Swift in Toronto on Nov 16, 2 Bruce Springsteen tickets in Toronto on Nov 3, 2 Cavendish Beach Festival weekend passes for 2025. The winner will also receive a $3000 travel voucher.
5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier, Tap5050. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
6. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. Winning number will be posted on the Summerside Western Capitals website after the draw at 9pm on Sept 28/24. The winner has 14 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 14 days if the prize goes unclaimed
.
8. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published and used in future messaging.
9. The winner of the raffle will have an option to receive a cash amount from the raffle organizers if for an unforeseen reason the concert is canceled.
10. Tickets must be purchased in Prince Edward Island.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Released Parties (defined below under “RELEASE OF LIABILITY”) are not responsible for: (1) Entries which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the purchaser’s possession, (2) Entries that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (3) Entries or payments that are delayed, misdirected, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled as a result of any failure or problem whatsoever with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website, computer, telephone, cable or satellite modem or connection, hand held mobile device or any other computer equipment or connection, whether or not caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by viruses, worms, or malfunctions affecting a network, server ISP or any equipment or programming used in or associated with the Raffle; (4) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (1) through (4), “Errors”), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing Entries, identifying Potential Winners, determining Official Winners, or announcing or delivering Prizes; or If any portion of the Raffle is compromised, in Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc’ s sole judgment, by a virus, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of Entries (collectively, a “Compromising Event”), then Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc. reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle, and to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received before the known occurrence or discovery of such a Comprising Event. All Entry purchases shall be final, and no refunds or replacements will be issued by Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc. Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc have sole and final decision on admissibility of entries and the determination of prize winner.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating in the Raffle, agree that The Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc. and Tap 50:50, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, shareholders, members, consultants and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability for injuries, losses, cost, expenses or damages of any kind, including damages for death, personal injury, property damage.

OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES AND CONDITIONS:
Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc. – 50/50 (“Raffle”)
OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the Raffle. The Raffle is operated under Provincial Lottery License No. 16915 and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws.
PROCEEDS: All proceeds of the Raffle will benefit the Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc., and the programs that the Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc. support.
PRIZES: Winner will receive 50% of the Total Raffle Sales. (“Prize”)
ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: During the dates and times and other details specified below, raffle tickets are available for purchase by anyone regardless of their residence if tickets are purchased in person in PEI. Online purchases available at gocapsgo.ca if the purchaser is located in Prince Edward Island. On-line sales start times will be posted on Caps website at gocapsgo.ca. All sales will end at 8:30PM on Monday September 28nd, 2024
Any members of the organization, immediate family, or people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are not allowed to purchase tickets.
PURCHASING RAFFLE ENTRIES: The following prices and corresponding “ticket numbers” are available for purchase: 3 numbers for $20, 10 numbers for $50, 50 numbers for $100
THE DRAW: A 50/50 raffle and draw will be held Sept 28, 2024. The draw will take place at Credit Union Place in Summerside 511 Notre Dame St, Summerside, PE at approximately 9pm. The winning ticket is drawn electronically by random number generator. Ticket must be presented to claim prize and the number on the ticket must match the random generated number. If the winning ticket was purchased online, the purchaser will be contacted via telephone per the information they submit at time of online purchase. The winning number will also be posted online at gocapsgo.ca.
The winner will have 14 calendar days from the draw date to claim their prize. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prize will be forfeited.
DETERMINATION OF OFFICIAL WINNER( Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc shall have the sole discretion to determine whether each Potential Winner is an official winner of a Prize (an “Official Winner”). Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc decision concerning the identity of all Official Winners shall be final and binding. To become an Official Winner: (1) a Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle under these Official Rules and must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined in Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc’s sole judgment; (2) that Potential Winner must claim the prize by the deadline specified above.
The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification to claim the prize. A scan of a valid provincial or federal photo identification card (i.e., driver’s license, firearm possession permit, passport, etc.) is acceptable.
AWARD OF PRIZE(S) TO OFFICIAL WINNER(S): A Prize will be awarded to the Potential Winner who has been designated by Summerside Western Capitals Booster Club Inc. as an Official Winner. The winner’s name will be published. All prizes will be awarded to the Winner via cheque. For security and auditing purposes, no cash payments will be made to winners.
